First time I call them on 4th. of December same day I left the hotel Ibis Gyor, they promised to send my ID to my, but today (2 weeks later), I am still waiting for it.

The room was clean and well-lit. I will definitely come back again, and I will tell all my friends and colleagues about this gem of a Hotel.

Starting our day with a breakfast and a warm greetings from the waitresses. Plus surprised my little son with Hungarian chocolate or juice. Wanted to go the the local zoo. Asked the receptionist, which bus is taking us there. Answer came straight away. With full details. Breakfast was every day fresh and delicious. Wide selection for a 3 staar hotel. Whenever we will travel again to Hungary, Győr, definitely will choose Iibis. Sending regards to the staff from Belgium!
