A rendelés időpontját nem tartják, nem módosítják. 4 napig tartott, mire egyáltalán csomagolás alá került a termék. Minősíthetetlen munkamorál, arrogáns ügyfélszolgálat. Unreliable company, unreachable by phone. I will never order anything from them again. The date of the order is not kept or changed. It took 4 days for the product to be packaged at all. Unqualified work ethic, arrogant customer service.

Az egyik ránk sem nézett, pedig ébredezett a kislányunk, úgyhogy haladtunk volna, az üzletvezető megmutatta kérésre, hogy ugyan milyen porzsák kell adott porszívóhoz, de magát a porszívót is nekünk kellett megkeresni. Az meg hagyjan, hogy ekkora osszegu vasarlasnal nem kap kedvezmenyt a vasarlo, de az meg felhaboritobb, hogy csak hazhozszallitaskor derult ki, hogy a hutobol egy kiallitasi darabot kuldtek ki, amiert a teljes arat kifizettettek velunk. Masreszt a fuvarozo cegnek is hianyosan adtak at a szallitando termekeket, mert ok csak 2termekrol tudtak, a harmadikat nem akartak felhozni, mert nem gyari csomagolasu... Plusz jattert csak felhoztak. Hab a tortan, hogy tolunk tudtak meg, hogy a regi tuzhely es hutogep elszallitasat is kertuk a Euronics-tol. Ha tehetnem visszacsinalnam az egeszet es inkabb rendeltem volna meg a Media Markt-bol vagy az Emag-rol. Kosz Euronics. Never again. We bought 3 rooms for 400 thousand HUF.
