K	Katalin Katona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segítőkész, udvarias kiszolgálás. Régen szerettem idejönni, mert mindig igyekeztek megoldást keresni a problémámra az üzletben lévő márkaszervízben. Többszöri alaplapcsere után a központba küldték az A6-os, garanciás készülékemet. Ott "nem találtak problémát", visszaküldték a készüléket a fogyasztóvédelem címével együtt. A hiba nem oldódott meg, továbbra is fizetem a részleteket, viszont én kezdek kiábrándulni a Samsungból - pedig ez már a 4. készülékem tőlük. Helpful, courteous service. I used to love coming here because they always tried to find a solution to the problem in the branded service in the store. After several motherboard changes, my A6 warranty device was sent to the control panel. There "no problem found", the device was returned with the title of consumer protection. The bug hasn’t been resolved, I’m still paying for the details, but I’m starting to get disappointed with Samsung - even though it’s already my 4th handset from them.

( különleges keresztneve van ) Az üzletben egyetlen egy nézelődő volt. Az üzlet színvonalas. Jó szívvel ajánlom a srácot, ilyen eladó kellene mindenhova, akkor nagyobb kedvel menne mindenki a szervizbe, ha nem is örül az ember, hogy a szerviz miatt kell Szegedre utazni. I asked a young sales guy, I inquired after the service. She was very kind, patient! (has a special first name) There was only one spectator in the store. The business is high quality. I recommend the guy with a good heart, there should be such a seller everywhere, then everyone would be more willing to go to the service, if you are not happy that you have to travel to Szeged for the service.
