Az elmúlt időszakban többször vásároltunk náluk mivel minden árucsoportban nagy választékkal rendelkeznek különböző árfekvésű termékekből. Mindig találtunk eladót, aki készségesen és hozzáértően tudott válaszolni a kérdéseinkre. Ajánlom mindenkinek őket. I am about to buy a cell phone and have looked around for them. They’ve rearranged the business since my last visit, which I think has changed to their advantage. We have bought from them several times in the last period as they have a large selection of products in different price ranges in each chapter. We always found a salesperson who was able to answer our questions willingly and competently. I recommend them to everyone.

Válasz az Euronics válaszára: Hamis állítás! A fogyasztói panasz elutasításra került anélkül, hogy a jogszabályi kötelezettségüknek eleget tettek volna. Valamint az ezt követő Békéltető Testületi ajánlást is figyelmen kívül hagyták! Kérem megfelelően informálódjanak és kerüljék a mellébeszélést! !!Update!! A héten (2022.04.12.) cserélve lett a sérült készülék! Köszönöm az LG Magyarországnak, és a közreműködő Euronicsos kollégáknak, hogy megoldódhatott ez a probléma! A broken, damaged product was shipped to us. When we indicated, they didn't address our issue. Unfair company! Response to Euronics: False statement! The consumer complaint was rejected without complying with their legal obligation. Also, the subsequent Conciliation Board recommendation was ignored! Please be properly informed and avoid collusion! !! Update !! The damaged device was replaced this week (April 12, 2022)! Thanks to LG Hungary and the contributing Euronics colleagues for solving this problem!
R	Roland Nyàri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elektromos fogkefét vittem vissza mert nem működött, garancia időn belül, blokkal. Beléptem az üzletben, sehol senki. Beálltam a pénztárnál a sorba és reménykedtem hogy tud segíteni a hölgy. Oda hívta az üzletvezetőt, ( ha már más nem segített a bolton belül) és azt mondta, hogy hiába is küldené el szervizbe, az ilyet visszafogják küldeni és nem csinálnak vele semmit. Pénzemet sem kaptam vissza! Soha többet nem teszem a lábam abba az üzletbe! Nem ajánlom senkinek! Elvittem a körmendi boltba ezt a fogkefét, egyből barátságosan fogadtak, felvették a jegyzőkönyvet, elküldték szervizbe. 2-3 hét után hívtak hogy mehetek érte. Kaptam egy teljesen új készüléket. Ennyi a különbség a két bolt között! Köszönöm Körmend Euronics ? I took an electric toothbrush back because it didn’t work, within the warranty period, with a block. I entered the store, no one anywhere. I lined up at the checkout and hoped the lady could help. He called the store manager there (if no one else helped inside the store) and said that even if he sent it to a service station, they would be held back and nothing would be done to him. I didn't get my money back either! I will never put my foot in that business again! I do not recommend to anyone! I took this toothbrush to the shop in Körmend, they immediately received it in a friendly way, they took the report and sent it to the service center. After 2-3 weeks I was called to go for it. I got a brand new device. That's the difference between the two stores! Thank you Körmend Euronics ?

Could not believe them, looked after the thingie, found it in plenty. They pulled a face when I showed it. Underpaid, unmotivated, ignorant people with ego.

B	Bagoly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good choice, good prices. However, some of the employees are not very well informed about how the appliances work. I suggest you inform yourself first on Google and go to the store with a decision/choice already made. Otherwise, friendly personnel.
