★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autómon Balaton felé haladva kigyulladt a check engine lámpa és az autó lelassult. Szerencsére el tudtam vánszorogni egy közeli benzinkúthoz. Innen hívtam a szolgáltatást. Mivel késő délután volt, szükség lett volna csereautóra is, amit az ügyintéző el is kezdett szervezni. Végülis erre nem lett szükség, mert a 45 perc múlva kiérkező tréleres kolléga a helyszínen el tudta hárítani a hibát. Megnyugtató az a tudat, hogy baj esetén számíthatok a gyors, hatékony segítségre.
 On my way to Lake Balaton, the check engine light came on and the car slowed down. Luckily, I was able to drive to a nearby gas station. I called the service from here. Since it was late afternoon, a replacement car would also have been needed, which the clerk began to organize. In the end, this was not necessary, because the trailer colleague who arrived after 45 minutes was able to rectify the mistake on the spot. It is reassuring to know that I can count on quick, effective help in case of trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szerintem lehetnének gyorsabbak, főleg abban az esetben, ha az ember elég sokat fizet havonta az egészségbiztosításért. Persze tudom, hogy nem minden rajtuk múlik, hanem a klinikákon. Ezt leszámítva megvagyok velük elégedve. Értesítenek mindenről, amiről kell stb. Ajánlom.
I think they could be faster, especially if one pays quite a lot per month for health insurance. Of course, I know it’s not all up to them, it’s the clinics. Other than that, I'm happy with them. They will notify you of everything you need, etc. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst... trying to make an appointment, they tell me they will call me back the same day, didn't get it, called the next day and had the same response, UNACCEPTABLE!! If you're lazy to do an appointment by yourselves (speaking about Europ Assistance staff) at least pass it to a colleague which is able to do it!!
