★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utasbiztosítást kötöttem Horvátországba AUTO EXTRA- val, az autós része nem egészen 5000 forint volt. Halnali 2-kor Zágrábnál az autóban elszakadt a vezérműlánc. Felhívtam az EUB- ot, egyből visszahívtak, hogy kevesebb legyen a roaming számlám. Küldtek autómentőt, ami egy kitűnő (!) és megfizethető szervizbe vitt. Ezután az EUB még azt is fizette, hogy autóval elvittek családostól, bőröndöstől Rab szigetig a kompig. Mindezt kevesebb, mint 5000 forintért. Sehol nem fizettem, csak alá kellett írnom. A szervizről csak annyit, hogy a nyaralás végére megcsinálták az autót, kevesebb volt a számla, mint előzetesen mondták. Ez egy penge biztosító!
I made a travel insurance with Croatia with AUTO EXTRA, the car part was not 5000 HUF. At Haln 2 at Zagreb, the timing chain broke in the car. I called the EUB and immediately recalled to have less of my roaming account. They sent a car breaker, which took me to an excellent (!) And affordable service. After that, the EUB had even paid for taking the car from family, from suitcases to the island of Rab to the ferry. All this for less than $ 5,000. I did not pay anywhere, I just had to sign it. Only the service was done by the end of the holiday car, the bill was less than the previous one said. This is a blade insurance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ügyfélszolgálatot tömegközlekedéssel könnyen meg lehet közelíteni (villamos, busz, troli, metró). Sajnos parkolni nem egyszerű, de megoldható (pl. Lehel piac tetején) és bicigli tároló sincs. A kiszolgálás jó minőségű kellemes környezetben.
Customer service can be easily reached by public transport (tram, bus, trolley, metro). Unfortunately, parking is not easy, but it is possible (eg at the top of Lehel market) and there is no bicycle storage. The service is of good quality in a pleasant environment.
