EN(hungarian see below):The WORST car rental I ever been! We booked our car online and payed for it. At the rental place we couldn't pay the deposit with our Visa Card because of their not working bank terminal! They kept saying it is because of our limit is not set high enough and We should contact our bank. We set our limit twice as high as the deposit was and the terminal still gave us Code 50. They do not even checked what code 50 is, the blamed us, us customers and did not even try to find a solution! Absolutely no go! I am still after our money, which we payed online and still did not get back, after 1,5month! Never ever go there again and I definitely do not recommend at all for anyone else! An other thing: They asked us for higher deposit then it was in the booking confirmation.. Absolutely disappointing service! At the end we left completely disappointed without our booked car, after wasting more than one hour and got a car from another easy, helpful, uncomplicated car rental place for soo much cheaper! Opposite of the airport runway. This other little car rental place, the kind and helpful service lady saved our holiday! HU:A legrosszabb autókölcsönző ahol valaha is jártam. Lefoglaltuk és kifizettük előre online a kiválasztott autót. A kölcsönzőben nem tudtuk kifizetni a hitelkártyánkkal a kauciót, mert nem működött a banktermináljuk. A kevésbé sem kedves ügyfélszolgálatos folyamatosan azt mondogatta hogy nem elég magas a limit a kártyánkon és hívjuk fel a bankunkat. A limitünket már 2x olyan magasra állítottuk be mint a kaució, de a termináljuk még mindig 50es hibakódot dobott. Meg sem nézték mi az 50es hibakód, csak minket, vevőket hibáztattak folyamatosan és meg sem próbáltak megoldást találni. Az ilyesmi tűrhetetlen! Most így 1,5 hónap eltelte után még mindig az online előre kifizetett pénzünk után rohangálok és még mindig nem kaptuk vissza... Soha nem teszem be oda többé a lábam és másnak sem ajánlom! Egy másik dolog: A helyben követelt kaució sokkal magasabb volt mint a foglalási visszaigazolásbban meghatározott összeg... Egyértelműen elkeserítő ez a szolgáltatás! Végül teljesen csalódottan több mint egy óra elvesztegetett idő után, autó nélkül hagytuk el a helyet és a reptéri kifutópályával szemben lévő autókölcsönzőből, hoztunk el egy autót. Itt a kiszolgáló kedvessége, a kölcsönzés egyszerűsége és gyorsasága vigasztalt bennünket és persze a sokkal olcsóbban és problémamentesen kapott autó! Ez mentette meg végül a kirándulásra szánt napunkat.
