Nem tudom mivel sértettem meg őket, én mindig korrekt voltam velük, bár valószínű nem tetszett nekik, hogy a szarul összerakott kerekeimet kétszer kellett javítaniuk garanciában... I ordered a bottle holder he said he would place the order on Monday and he would be here on Wednesday, I said I would come for it on Thursday, he said (I quote) on Thursday: "I didn't order it because I have enough bottle holders". Fontos, hogy egy kereskedő jól bánjon a vevővel, megbecsülje, mert még több vevőt hozhat (és egyébként is erény mások tisztelete, jelenkori elbunkósodó világunkban). Hallottam már olyan kereskedőkről, akik kinevetik, megszólják, vagy később az interneten kifigurázzák az egyes vevőiket, vagy éppen rosszul, kelletlenül kezelik a hibákat, a garanciális problémákat. Mindig jó olyan kereskedőnél vásárolni, akire ezek a negatívumok nem jellemzők. Thank you for taking the time to help me choose the right product. Racsni cica pedig extra jókedvet ad akkor is, ha éppen csupa ideg vagyok, amiért már megint tönkrevágtam a bicót. ? Every time I come, I come across nice, knowledgeable, fair expertise, super prices. Á	Áron Bármi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ott vásárolt garanciális biciklit vittem vissza, merthogy zörgött a váltó, illetve nehezen váltott, ha váltott egyáltalán. Javítás után visszakaptam még rosszabb, kezelhetetlenebb állapotban, illetve megkaptam, hogy ennyi pénzért ez ilyen, ezt tudja (közel 200 ezer volt a bicaj). A biciklit végül máshova vittem el, ahol értettek is hozzá....... Tisztelt László! Mégegyszer leírom! "Megkaptam, hogy ennyi pénzért ez ilyen, ezt tudja" Nyílván szóltam, hogy ez így nem okés, amikor ezt a választ kaptam. A probléma nem a pénz, (azt sem érdekelt volna ha fizetni kell érte, ha tisztességgel meg van csinálva) hanem a vásárló gyenge elméjűként való kezelése. Egyáltalán mit gondoltak, hogy így adták vissza??? A bicajt egy ismerősöm csinálta meg, számla nincs róla a továbbiakban máshol fogok kerékpárt vásárolni/javíttatni. A kerékpár egy gepida bandon volt. Tisztelettel. I took back the warranty bike I bought there because the gear was rattling or it was hard to change, if at all. After the repair, I got it back in an even worse, more unmanageable condition, and I got it for so much money, you know that (almost 200 thousand was bicaj). I finally took the bike elsewhere, where it was understood ....... Dear László! I'll describe it again! "I got it for so much money it's like that, you know," I obviously said it wasn't so smart when I got that answer. The problem is not the money (I wouldn’t care if you have to pay for it if it’s done fairly) but how to treat the buyer as a weak-minded person. What did they think they gave me back like that ??? The bike was made by an acquaintance of mine, there is no bill for it, I will buy / repair a bike elsewhere. The bike was a gepid bandon. Sincerely.

Very good bicycles and all the staff you need to cycle for very reasonable prices. The integrated repair station is outstanding too. This guys knows everything about bicycles and does fantastic work. If I have had a sixth star I would give it.
