Talán azzal, ahogy a futár kommunikál az ügyfelükkel a telefon beszélgetésben, de aztán éri a következő meglepetés, hogy amikor szeretném átvenni a csomagot a parasztja telefonon beszél és csak a mutatóujjával pöcögteti az árat a felragasztott felíraton, hogy hát ennyi kéne fizetni. Megvártam míg befejezi, majd jelzi, hogy itt bizony csak készpénz játszik, (2021-ben járunk). Jeleztem, hogy az nincs nálam elég, megoldaható-e, hogy újra kézbesíteni egy későbbi időpontban aznap. Jelezte, hogy az "úr" , hogy igen, 3 óra után várhatom, a pénz hagyjam a portánál?! Ott már sejtettem, hogy nem egy egyszerű halandóval állok szemben, hanem valami istentelen kreténnel. Vártam, hogy 3 után megérkezzen, fél 5-ig maradtam addig tartott a munkaidőm. Hívom az ügyfélszolgálatot, és ahol széttárta a karját az ügyintéző, hogy újrakézbesítés nem lehetséges. A futárt is hívtam kétszer telefonon, semmi reakció. Ilyen ocsmány élményben régen volt részem, jár az 1 csillag, de csak azért mert nullát nem lehet adni erre az alpári cégre. Maybe with the way the courier communicates with their customer on the phone conversation, but then the next surprise is that when I want to pick up the package the peasant speaks on the phone and just flicks the price on the sticky sign with his index finger that that’s all you have to pay. I waited for him to finish and then indicated that he was only playing cash here (we’re in 2021). I have indicated that I do not have enough, can be resolved to be re-delivered at a later date that day. Did he indicate to the "gentleman" that yes, after 3 hours I can wait for the money to leave at the reception ?! There I had already guessed that I was not facing a simple mortal, but some ungodly cretan. I waited for him to arrive after 3, I stayed until half past 5 so my working hours lasted. I call customer service and where the clerk spread his arms that re-delivery is not possible. I also called the courier twice on the phone, no reaction. I’ve had such an ugly experience for a long time, I get 1 star, but only because zero can’t be given to this Alpine company.
A	Alexandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 napot próbált jönni a futár, 3x hívott, de reggeltől estig dolgozom/iskolában vagyok, más nem tudja/tudta átvenni, értesítőt nem képes adni, ezért most visszaküldik a csomagom amit 1 hónapja várok és szükségem lett volna rá. Írtam emailt, nem voltak segítőkészek. Magyar posta sokkal jobb, ha úgy van, 1 hónapot is áll a csomagom náluk, értesítőt pedig mindig adnak, és akkor tudom átvenni, amikor nekem jó. Ha lehetne, egy csillagot se adnék. The courier tried to come for 2 days, he called 3 times, but I work / am from school from morning to night, no one else can / could take it, I can't give a notification, so now my package is waiting for me 1 month ago and I would have needed it. I wrote an email, they were not helpful. Magyar posta is much better, if that's the case, I have their package for 1 month, and they always give me a notice, and I can pick it up when it's good for me. If I could, I wouldn't give a star.

Az email-ben megadott időintervallumban nem érkezett meg a csomag, a megadott telefonszámot a futár nem vette fel (2 óra alatt kb. 20-szor hívtam). Másnap előre nem egyeztetett időpontban szállítottak. Többé nem rendelek onnan ahonnan ők szállítanak. Unfortunately, it's just a bad experience. The package did not arrive in the time interval specified in the email, the phone number provided was not picked up by the courier (I called about 20 times in 2 hours). They were delivered the next day at a time not agreed in advance. I no longer order from where they ship.
V	Végh István on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon kellemesen csalódtam ebben s futárszolgálattal kapcsolatban. Értesítést kaptam, hogy érkezik csomagom. Nem voltam abban az időszakban a lakcímemem, de az alkalmazás felajánlotta, hogy áttehetem másik időpontra. Az új időpontban szinte percnyi pontossággal megjelent egy nagyon udvarias futár és megkaptam a csomagom. Talán a futárszolgálat a kártyás fizetést is megoldhatná. Mindekinek csak ajánlani tudom ezt a futár szolgálatot. I was very pleasantly disappointed with this and the courier service. I received a notification that my package is arriving. I was not my address at the time, but the app offered to transfer me to another date. At the new time, a very courteous courier appeared with almost a minute of accuracy and I received my package. Maybe the courier service could also handle the card payment. I can only recommend this courier service to everyone.
K	KITE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWFUL SERVICE. They informed us that they will come 10 am at the 8 am of the delivering day. They never accept any changes of delivering date or time insisting we changed once, it is not true though. To selfish and disrespectful. I got to know these guys are still in the ancient time of socialism. Wakey wakey, Hungary
R	R. p. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute GARBAGE!!!!! They kept re-scheduled my pack without my permission and when I called and tried to ask why, they kept hanging up on my face!! Disgusting behaviour and disgusting company. I made a formal complain to all the companies that were linked to this horrible business. If it wasn’t so rude to swear here I would, nasty business with TERRIBLE SEVICE. TERRIBLE. -1 if it was even possible.
