★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedves, szakszerű kiszolgálás, minden laikus kérdésemre türelmes, pontos választ kaptam. Annyira szimpatikus volt az eladó/tulajdonos, hogy az első vásárlás után inkább vártam pár hónapot, hogy amikor ismét Szegeden járok, nála tudjam megvenni a kinézett késélezőt!
 Kind, professional service, I got patient, accurate answers to all my lay questions. The seller / owner was so sympathetic that I waited a few months after the first purchase so that when I went to Szeged again, I could buy the knife sharpener from him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online adtam le rendelést, ezen a helyszínen vettem át. A parkolás karácsony előtti Árkád, de ezt leszámítva kényelmes volt a vásárlás. A kiszolgálás nagyon kedves, az előttem vásárlók legalább annyira személyre szabott beszélgetést kaptak, mint jómagam. A termékpaletta nagyon széles, de nem riadnak meg az online vásárlás lehetőségét kínálni
I placed my order online, I picked it up at this location. Parking was in the pre-Christmas Arcade, but other than that, shopping was convenient. The service is very nice, the customers in front of me got at least as much personalized conversation as I did. The product range is very wide, but they are not surprised to offer the opportunity to shop online
