A 21. században az ilyen műhelyeknek semmi keresnivalójuk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Így kell ügyfelet veszíteni, úgy hogy még ott se járt. Felhívom, segítséget kérek, a válasz, hogy jaj nekik mennyire bonyolult, mert alkatrészt kell hozzá rendelni. Tényleg? Azt hittem, ez csak annak probléma, aki nem akar dolgozni. Megadtam volna minden szükséges adatot az alkatrészek utána járáshoz, együttműködő voltam, de valóban, kérek inkább máshonnan segítséget, ahol ügyfelet keresnek és nem elküldenek.
That's how you have to lose a customer without even going there. I call you, I ask for help, the answer is how complicated woe to them because a part has to be assigned to it. Indeed?
