★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximálisan elégedettek vagyunk, igaz a klímát még nem használtuk, de a szerelő csapat nagyon profi és kedves volt.
Az ügyintéző hölgy szintén segítőkész volt végig e-mailen és telefonon keresztül is.
We are maximally satisfied, although we have not used the climate yet, but the installation team was very professional and kind.
The clerk was also helpful throughout via email and phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Faktor Kft munkatársai pontosan követték a tervet. Mindent kimértek, egyeztettek, jó minőségű anyagot használtak. A vastag fal átfúrása után a falat helyreállították, kiporszívóztak, maguk után rendet hagytak. A készüléket kipróbálták, megmutatták használatát, átadták a számlákat.
The employees of Faktor Kft followed the plan exactly. Everything was measured, agreed upon, good quality material was used. After drilling through the thick wall, the wall was restored, vacuumed, and left behind. The device was tested, its use was shown, and the bills were handed over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontosan érkeztek, mindig tudták mit kell csinálni, nem volt üresjárat, hamar megvoltak. Még a nehezen elérhető helyen is könnyedén feltalálták magukat, gyors volt az ügyintézés/kivitelezés, remekül működik minden.
They arrived exactly, they always knew what to do, there was no idle, they were soon there. Even in hard-to-reach places, they were easy to invent, the administration was quick, everything worked great.

Csak addig kedvesek míg rád sózzák a több 100ezres klímát, ami persze kicsivel több mint 1 év alatt elromlik!
Garanciába nem javítják meg!Idézem:
"Nem gondolja hölgyem, hogy egy 300ezres klímára 600ezret költök?"
Igazi gusztustalan csapat, gusztustalan hozzá állással!!!
A beszéd stílusukról nem is beszélve...ha nem szeretnétek így járni, nagy ívben kerüljétek el őket!!!!!
DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!!!

They are not repaired under warranty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kb. 4éve itt vettem a klímát. Még semmi gond nem volt vele. Karbantartáshoz, tisztításhoz is őket hívom. Nagyon kedvesek voltak mindig. Nem utolsó sorban szép munkát végeztek a beszerelésnél is! ?
I bought the climate here about 4 years ago. There was no problem with it yet. I also call them for maintenance and cleaning. They were always very kind. Last but not least, they did a nice job of installation too! ?

A megbeszélt időben megjelent a felmérést végző szakember, aki nagyon udvariasan és szakszerűen végezte a munkáját. Az árajánlat elfogadását követően megrendelték a készülékeket és az ígért időpontban üzembe is helyezték azokat. Munkájukat köszönve csak ajánlani tudom a szolgáltatásukat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gördülékeny, kiszámítható ügymenet (külön adminisztráció), és a helyszínen két tapasztalt minden kérést és problémát megoldó udvarias szerelő. Nagyon elégedett voltam a céggel.
Nem mellesleg a telepített FUJITSU 3,4KW split klimára 3+7 garanciát vállalnak (az eszközzel egyenlőre nincs sok tapasztalatom; -kipróbáltuk: hűtés, fűtés, levegő szárító funkcióit).
A smooth, predictable process (separate administration) and two experienced courteous mechanics on site to solve all requests and problems. I was very happy with the company.
By the way, they offer a 3 + 7 guarantee for the installed FUJITSU 3,4KW split climate (I don't have much experience with the device yet; - we have tried the cooling, heating and air drying functions).
