After a while noticed that people who were behind us in the queue when me made the order, started receiving their order before us, when I went to the till, the food was already cold and I asked them why they did not buzz my device. Staff said they just did it, but it was still not vibrating only when I put it back to its place started making noise and vibrating. Very unfriendly staff, they did not even apologise, and felt that they were blaming the customer for their mistake. A sorry would have been sufficient. Would not recommend the place.
