 The gentleman in the service was very helpful, he honestly told me about the problem with our imported printer and did not want to pull it off. True customer-centric attitude. I'm sure we'll go there another time. I can recommend it to others!

Csak jót tudok mondani, kifejezetten ügyfélbarát. Teljes egészében igazi európai szintű, hasonlót csak a környező nyugati szomszédainknál tapasztaltam. Szerencsére a vállalkozás környezetében van ilyen színvonalú optika, pékség, virágbolt, és zöldséges vállalkozás is.

All I can say is good, specifically customer friendly. It’s entirely real European level, similar to what I’ve only experienced in our surrounding western neighbors. Fortunately, the business environment includes such high-quality optics, bakery, flower shop, and vegetable business.

We have already asked for printing (black and white, color, photo), spiraling, custom mug. Every time we received service as if we were VIP customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonban nagyon kedvesen és türelmesen elmagyarázott az úriember mindent, majd emailben elküldtem a fájlokat nyomtatásra és spirálozásra. 1-2 órán belül el is készült és mehettem átvenni. A boltban is kedves volt, elmagyarázta hogy mi hogyan készült, és elégedett vagyok a végeredménnyel is.
The gentleman explained everything very kindly and patiently on the phone, and then I emailed the files for printing and spiraling. It was done in 1-2 hours and I could go take it over. He was also nice in the store, he explained how it was made and I am also happy with the end result.
