★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A webes megrendelést követően minőségileg hibás (feslő varrású) terméket kaptam kézhez. Reklamáló levélre három hétig nem válaszoltak. Telefonos, majd újabb levélben történő megkeresésre, elutasítóan reagáltak. A terméket nem cserélik! A mai világban ez, nem egy korrekt kereskedői magatartás. Ezért nem ajánlom senkinek a céget.
After ordering online, I received a quality product (sewing). They did not respond to the promotional letter for three weeks. They responded to the request by telephone, followed by another letter, with a negative response. The product will not be replaced! In today's world, this is not a fair trading behavior. That's why I don't recommend the company to anyone.
