The clerk was kind and helpful, but one of the co-workers was arrogant, shouting like a half-ground ... irritable and excessive to the situation.

Tatabányára kellett utaznom Nagycenkről ,hogy átírják az autót,mert itt elküldtek,(úgy hogy minden papír rendben volt),hogy nem jók a papírok és menjek oda átiratni ahol vettem .
A hangnemről ne is beszéljünk .
I will never go again.
I had to travel to Tatabánya from Nagycenk to rewrite the car because it was sent here (so that all the paperwork was fine) so that the paperwork was not good and I would go to the place where I bought it.
Let's not even talk about the tone.

It is not possible to book an appointment for anything at the customer portal! (not even in March) They can't be so overwhelmed.
