★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soha nem veszik fel a telefont, minek van nekik egyáltalán? Az ügyintézés dühítő, akkor is váratnak egy órát, ha csak 1-2 várakozó van. Információs pult van, de minek, senki nem ül ott, ha egy üres formanyomtatványt szeretnék, akkor is várni kell egy órát, hogy méltóztassanak odaadni! Felesleges értesítést kérni az okmány elkészültéről, mert nem küldenek. Más kormányablakban, más városban is nehézkes az ügyintézés, de ott a tömeg miatt, itt nincs tömeg, csak arrogancia van!
 They never pick up the phone, what do they have at all? The administration is annoying, they wait an hour if there are only 1-2 waiting. There is an information desk, but what, no one is sitting there, if I want an empty form, then I have to wait an hour to pay tribute to it! Require unnecessary notification of the document because it is not sent. In other government windows, other cities are cumbersome, but there is no crowd here because of the crowd, only arrogance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ajánlott az online időpont foglalás. Úgy 6 héttel később tudtam volna menni. Helyette odamentem, vártam 1,5 órát, aránylag gyorsan végeztem. (A számítógép duzzogott kicsit, újra kellett indítani) Hétfői napon voltam, pénteken jött az sms, hogy kész a személyi és az útlevél. Fele annyi idő alatt, mint amiről szó volt. Az ügyintéző gyakorlott és rendes volt.
Online appointment booking is recommended. I could have gone about 6 weeks later. Instead, I went there, waited 1.5 hours, and finished relatively quickly. (The computer pouted a bit, I had to restart) I was on Monday, Friday came the sms that was ready for personal and passport. Half the time it was. The clerk was experienced and normal.

Az önkormányzathoz fordultam azzal , hogy a hajlektalan melegedőben a vezető marosine n. mariá megtámadott , mert nem akartam aláírni hamis papírokat és lefényképeztem , mert nem akart belőle adni példányt. Fényképezés közben leakarta tépni a kabátomat és a telefont kivennni a kezembol. Ezért kihívtam a rendőrséget. Utána bementem az onkormanyzatra panaszt tenni. Ez volt múlt hét csütörtökén ez ügybe. Tegnap bementem a jegyzőhöz ,de portás azt monta, hogy ezen a héten szabadságon van és nincs más jogi végzettségű helyettes.

After booking, I was able to handle 3 cases in about 20 minutes. The clerks are nice and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon kedvesek ,segítőkészek a dolgozók. Ma személyi igazolvány miatt voltam az okmányirodában és kb 5perc alatt végeztem úgy is ,hogy az Állomás utcai kormányablakból lettem atiranyitva oda. En nagyon elégedett voltam az ügyintézéssel. Csak ajánlani tudom!
The staff are very kind and helpful. Today I was in the document office due to my ID card and I finished in about 5 minutes by opening it from the government window on the station street. I was very satisfied with the administration. I can only recommend!
