Szóban elmondták 2-3 percben az autó állapotát, kértem egy állapot lapot amit nem tudtak adni, majd e-mailben küldenek, mondták. Azt az infót is kaptam tőlük hogy " S.O.S " vezérlés csere szükséges. Árat érdekes módon hirtelen nem tudtak mondani csak sacc / kb, de ránézésre azonnali cserében biztosak voltak. Megbeszéltük hogy várom akkor az e-mailt a talált hibákról és az árajánlatot. Másnap küldtem is e-mailt nekik rendszámmal és emlékeztetőt ki vagyok, mit beszéltünk. 7 nap múlva jött a válasz , köszönjük levelét amint elkészült az ajánlat küldik ! Ez volt 2021.jún 9.-én. Szeptember 23.án írtam nekik hogy még mindig várom az ajánlatot :) Másnap válasz: Elnézést , Hétfőn első dolguk lesz ! Igaz nem írták melyik év, melyik hónap , melyik hetének a hétfőjén :) Szóval 2022.02.26. van, 8 hónap és 25 nap telt el az ottjártam óta. Se állapot lap, se idő pont az " S.O.S " vezérlés cserére. Mindenki vonja le a tanulságot :) It was a HUF 15,000 car inspection. Coolant was changed and a freezing point was set. They told me verbally about the condition of the car in 2-3 minutes, I asked for a status sheet that they couldn’t give and then emailed it, they said. I also received information from them that "S.O.S" control replacement is required. Interestingly, they suddenly couldn’t just say sacc / kb, but at first glance, they were sure of an immediate exchange. We agreed to wait for you to email me about the errors found and a quote. The next day I also sent them an email with a license plate and I am reminded of what we talked about. 7 days later the answer came, thank you letter as soon as the offer is sent! This was on June 9, 2021. I wrote to them on September 23rd that I am still waiting for the offer :) The next day the answer: Sorry, their first thing will be on Monday! True it was not written which year, which month, which week is Monday :) So 26.02.2022. there are 8 months and 25 days since I went there. Neither a status sheet nor a time point to replace the "S.O.S" control. Everyone learns the lesson :)
