This bank sucks a bunch of shit. 1 year ago I was able to pay in 5 minutes in what I wanted. TODAY it didn't work after 40 minutes !!!

Sajnos évek óta ide járok , az igaz mar csak fel évente egyszer, mivel inkább csekken befizettem a törlesztésének ,de az felfoghatatlan hogy nem tudja a vezetőség megoldani, hogy ne keljen várni min. 0.5 órát de előfordul és nem csak velem mint olvasom a 1,5 órát is!!! Ez őrület és meg mindig nem történik semmi....... This Bank is catastrophic !!! Legalább 20 ezret buktam az itt dolgozó emberek miatt és még csak nem is kérnek bocsánatot az embertől. Mindenképpen a felső vezetés a hibás mert nem kapnak a dolgozók megfelelő tréninget és a bank belső működése úgy van kialakítva több ponton, hogy ne lehessen őket felelősségre vonni és így ki is használják (szó szerint meglopják az embert). Biztos vagyok benne hogy elfogom kerülni őket, legalábbis mindent megteszek ezért. A big "0" if it could be more of a minus what was caused to me. People who don't know (I'm sorry for them). Van épp egy harmadik ablakban 5ös) is egy rövidebb hajú 40 körüli hölgy, de ő épp magán beszélgetést folytat 20 perce egy csajjal aki hozta neki a tisztítóból a kabátját... miközben legalább 6an várunk ügyintézésre... Sajnos 2 hetente jönnöm kell mert a magyar posta itt vezeti a számláját, saját részre se számlát sem semmit nem fogok itt intézni és másoknak sem ajánlom, sőt! 2 csillagot csak az a 2 ember kapja akik sűrű elnézések közepette igyekeznek helyt állni.
