G	Gábor Németh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senkinek nem ajánlom!!! Mindenki messze kerülje el, ha teheti. A 3-4 hétre ígért konyhabútort 10 hétre rá kaptuk meg. A 3. hét után hetente érdeklődtünk, azt a válasz kaptuk, hogy a bútor elkészült, de még nem szállította le a gyártó. A 8. héten kiderült elkeverték a rendelést, a bútort még le sem gyártották!!! Semmilyen engedményt, kárenyhítést nem voltak hajlandóak adni, még egy ingyenes házhoz szállítást sem. I do not recommend to anyone !!! Everyone far away if you can. We received the kitchen furniture promised for 3-4 weeks for 10 weeks. After the 3rd week we inquired weekly, we got the answer that the furniture was finished but not yet delivered by the manufacturer. It turned out that the order was mixed in the 8th week, the furniture was not even manufactured !!! They refused to give any discounts or damages, not even free home delivery.

Előrendelés után viszont sokat kell várni a kézhezvételig. Positive disappointment. We thought there were only expensive furniture. We were wrong. Here's our kitchen cabinet. We told our friends so they took it here. However, after pre-ordering, you have to wait a long time for the receipt.

Valamint amikor végre kaptam egy dátumot, amikor állításuk szerint kihozták volna, akkor sem sikerült. Amikor panaszommal az eladóhoz fordultam, jelezte: "Örülök, hogy nem fog többet nálunk vásárolni!" Semmi customer fókusz nem tapasztalható. Segítőkészség egyenlő a nullával. Nem ajánlom senkinek sem! According to their promise, the furniture I purchased would have been shipped in 4-6 weeks. Eight weeks later, they failed. And when I finally got a date they claimed to have brought it out, it didn't work either. When I complained to the seller, he said, "I'm glad you won't buy any more from us!" No customer focus is experienced. Helpfulness is zero. I don't recommend it to anyone!
G	Gábor Varga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a július 6.án megrendelt bútort mivel a megrendelőre augusztus volt ráírva (szóban a 6 hét hangzott el) sikerült pontosan augusztus 31.én kiszállítani nehogy panasszal tudjak élni. Érdeklődésnél, hogy mikor érkezik a bútor hétfői nap keddet mondtak aztán kedden szerdát aztán szerdán mégis csütörtök lett belőle. Majd az eladó azt mondta, hogy akkor is csak azért kapjuk meg mert ő "bepaszírozta" a csütörtöki kiszállításba különben akkor se kaptuk volna meg..... Ha gyorsan szeretnétek bútorhoz jutni ne őket válasszátok. the furniture ordered on July 6th, since the customer was written on August (word for 6 weeks) was delivered exactly on August 31st so that I could not complain. When asked about when the furniture arrives Monday day said Tuesday then Tuesday Wednesday then Wednesday turned into a Thursday. Then the seller said we would only get it because he "put it" on Thursday delivery otherwise we wouldn't have got it ..... If you want to get furniture fast don't choose them.
D	Döme Jankovich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szép vàlaszték, jó àrak, kedves kiszolgàlàs, de mivel fűtetlen a helyiség télen nagyon kellemetlenúl hideg van, így mi is csak àtrohantunk rajta és csak azt a kanapét vettük ami eleve is nagyon kellett. Nézelődni így nem volt kedvünk. Most sajnàlom mert székek még kellettek volna, de messze lakunk ahhoz hogy külön azokért elautókàzzunk odàig. Így mindkét fél veszít, nem hinném hogy egyedül vagyunk így... Nice choice, good prices, nice service, but as the room is unheated in winter it is very uncomfortably cold, so we just went over it and bought only the couch we really needed. We didn't feel like watching it. Now I'm sorry because the chairs were supposed to be there, but we live far enough to rent a car for them. So both sides lose, I don't think we're alone ...

Large selection, good prices, helpful seller. You can also easily park in the area. The warehouse is not in the same place, but only a few minutes by car.

Ahhoz képest nem volt olcsó, ráadásul itt-ott sérülten érkezett, amire csak "legyintettem", ha már talán bírni fogja néhány évig, de nem így lett. 1 évet nem bírt ki a bútor és elkezdett felpúposodni, mintha korábban valami vizes területen tárolták volna, mivel érkezést követően 2-3 hónap alatt már látható volt. Nagyon rossz helyen vannak az élfóliák, furatok és minden egyéb. Rossz minőségű, ami szerintük "prémium" termék. A termék összeszerelve érkezett, ami alapból fura volt.. de hát ez van. Nem reklám, de a 200E forintos butor1-es termék minőségibb, mint az itteni 350E forintos konyhabútor. Within 1 year, the 350 thousand forint kitchen furniture (200 cm wide, 3-part) swelled. Compared to that, it wasn’t cheap, plus it arrived here and there damaged, which I just “waved” if it might last for a few years, but it didn’t. The furniture couldn’t stand for 1 year and started to bulge up as if it had previously been stored in some wet area as it was already visible 2-3 months after arrival. Edge foils, holes and everything else are in a very bad place. Poor quality, which they say is a "premium" product. The product came assembled, which was weird by default .. but that's it. It is not advertising, but the 200E HUF furniture1 product is of higher quality than the 350E HUF kitchen furniture here.
