Előző nap meg 5 perc állt rendelkezésre, hogy átvegyem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haszontalan cég, teljesen értelmezetlen a honlap is, hiszen a keresett három telefonból egy sem volt (a honlap alapján van egyébként készleten), utána megkérdezve a keresett árkategóriát (70-100) sem tudtak mutatni semmit. A honlap gyártónként húsz telefont listáz, mint készleten lévő, ezzel a kereséssel. Az eladó lányka minden volt, csak szakképzett nem, szaküzlettől ennél azért többet vár az ember.
Az egyetlen jó, de inkább undorító húzásuk, hogy olyan influencerekkel reklámoznak, akiknek a szavára még ad az ember. Mondjuk ezután vélhetően az is változik. Ha lenne nulla csillag, ez azt sem érdemelné meg! Kerüljétek el messze
It is also a useless company, the website is completely meaningless, as none of the three phones you are looking for are in stock (based on the website), and when asked about the price category you were looking for (70-100), they could not show anything. The website lists twenty phones per manufacturer as in stock with this search. The girl for sale was everything, only a skilled no, one expects more from a specialty store.
Their only good, but rather disgusting pull is to advertise with influencers whose words one still gives. Let's say it also changes after that. If there were zero stars, it wouldn't deserve it either! Avoid far

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.06.22. vásároltam egy adaptert a Pesti úton található üzletben, otthon kipróbálva nem működött. Mivel közelebb van a Teréz körúti üzlet így visszavittem (volna) oda. Zárás előtt 10-15 perccel érkeztem, ahol megakadályoztak a kellékszavatossági jogom érvényesítésében. Természetesen kértem a vásárlók könyvét és leírtam panaszomat. A tudatlan okoskodó alkalmazott a másolatot tartotta meg és az eredeti példányt adta Nekem, pedig jeleztem Neki, hogy ezt nem jól tudja... Dolgoztam vidéki FirstPhone üzletben, természetesen a cég ott is leszerepelt, nem tudták mennyi bért kell fizetni és azt sem ismerték, hogy mi az a munkaszerződés . Senkinek sem ajánlom az üzletet.... az illetékes mielőbb vegye fel a panaszban megadott e-mail címen velem a kapcsolatot.
6/22/2020 I bought an adapter in the shop on Pesti út, it didn't work at home. As the shop on Teréz körút is closer, I (would) have taken it back there. I arrived 10-15 minutes before closing, where I was prevented from enforcing my warranty on supplies. Of course, I asked for the customers ’book and described my complaint. The ignorant clever employee kept the copy and gave me the original, even though I indicated to him that he didn't know it well ... I worked in a rural FirstPhone store, of course the company was listed there too, they didn't know how much to pay and they didn't know what is an employment contract. I do not recommend the deal to anyone .... the competent person should contact me as soon as possible at the e-mail address provided in the complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had wonderful assistance from a friendly English-speaking lass, both initially when I was buying a phone, and later when I had problems connecting to the internet. (This turned out to be a problem with the internet provider, not the phone.) I particularly liked that she did not try to encourage me to buy a more expensive phone than I needed. She also fitted a glass cover - not easy on a curved screen.

My Samsung Galaxy phone stopped functioning after a faulty software update, and after trying everything within my power to fix it I resigned to not having a phone for the rest of my time in Budapest. I happened to walk by this store, and decided in desperation to see if they could do anything to help. The young men I spoke with were incredibly kind and helpful, and immediately offered to help me with my phone for free. I honestly thought it was too good to be true. They hooked up my phone to their computer, re-installed my software, and my phone was fixed!! They went out of their way to help me, asked nothing in return, and were incredibly generous and friendly throughout the whole process. I strongly recommend that you visit this store if you need to purchase a new phone, or need help with your current phone. They are wonderful people! Thanks again guys!! You made my week.
