Tegnap felkerestem őket egy iPhone készülék problémával, a kedves kolléga, csak addig hagyott szóhoz, még el nem jutottam hogy akkumulátor cserével voltam a márkaszerviznél, onnantól kezdve, nekem támadt, hogy a meghibásodást nekem kell bizonyítani, meg különben is, csak 1 év garancia van a készülékre stb! Pedig, egy év teljes, és egy év szavatossági garancia van! Azt hogy pontosan mit szeretnék, és hogy mit mondtak a szervízben, már meg sem hallgatta! Pedig neki egy forintjába sem került volna!
Egy szemét cég, soha többet nem veszek nàluk semmit, és senkinek sem ajànlom ezt a boltot!!!!

I visited them yesterday with a problem with an iPhone, my dear colleague, I only left a word, I didn't get to replace the battery at the branded service, from then on, I was attacked to prove the failure, anyway, only 1 year warranty to the device, etc.! Yet, one year full and one year warranty! He didn't even listen to exactly what I wanted and what they said at the service! And it wouldn't have cost him a forint!
A junk company, I will never buy anything from them again and I will not recommend this store to anyone !!!!

This is how the device (photo) arrived, inside a spotted phone and charger. Their mistake was not acknowledged. They spoke in a condescending tone on the phone. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
