Ez nem klasszikus edzőterem, hisz nincsenek fitness gépek, leszámítva a spinninghez és a TRX-hez szükséges eszközöket, néhány fittballt, kézi súlyokat. Inkább csoportos edzések, mint pilates, jóga, egyéb aerobik órák helyszíne. Jó a csapat, sokat tudnak segíteni az egészséges életmód elérésében is.
I take Salsa classes here on Saturdays. This is not a classic gym as there are no fitness machines except for the equipment needed for spinning and TRX, some fittball, hand weights. It is more a venue for group workouts like pilates, yoga, other aerobics classes. The team is good, they can also help a lot in achieving a healthy lifestyle.
