Minten kérdésemre korrekt választ kaptam és nem éreztem azt, hogy terhes lenne a kíváncsiságom. Tegnap előtt tönkre ment az adapter vezetéke, szétette a nap. Gondoltam, hogy első körben megint a céget hívom. Azonnal nem tudtak választ adni, de visszahívtak és ma már be is kötöttem az adaptert. Gyors, korrekt, vásárlóbarát cég. Ezért az 5 csillag.
In 2018, I bought an electric dog fence. It was easy to install, but I would have had a few more questions, I thought I would call the company. I got the correct answer to my question and I didn’t feel that my curiosity was pregnant. Before yesterday, the adapter wire was broken, the sun broke up. I thought I would call the company again in the first round. They couldn’t answer right away, but they called back and I connected the adapter today. Fast, fair, customer-friendly company. Hence the 5 stars.
