Egyébként csupa beton ház, ami a későbbi elmozdulások, repedések tekintetében előnyös, a téglafalú ház viszont talán egészségesebb. You already have the temporary use. z	zoli1 zz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Igazán silány, igénytelen kivitelezésű munkát adott ki a kezéből az építtető OTP Ingatlan. Szerintem az kivitelezés minőségéről az mindent elmond, hogy voltak olyan lakások, ahol elfelejtették a padlófűtést beszerelni a fürdőszobába és csak az átadás után fél évvel derült ki, hogy valahogy nem melegszik a padló. :D A lakások horror áron voltak, a kivitelezés kritikán aluli. A ház kialakítása, tervezése nagyon átgondolatlan, valószínűleg valami kezdő vagy kókler építészek tervezték. :( The builder OTP Real Estate handed out really poor, low-quality work. I think it says everything about the quality of workmanship that there were flats where they forgot to install underfloor heating in the bathroom and it was only half a year after the handover that it turned out that the floor was not heating up somehow. : D The flats were horror-priced, and the construction was criticized. The design of the house is very thoughtless, probably designed by some novice or broker architects. :(
