Unfortunately, the door was locked and it was not possible to get to the top to admire the views, but generally a place worth visiting ?
M	Mikó Dániel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Én mikor itt jártam (2013) páratlan panorámával szembesültem. Kocsival is kaptatós volt az út. Olvastam itt ,hogy régóta zárva van ,így 2021ben nem kerestem fel. When I was here (2013) I was confronted with an unparalleled panorama. The road was also catchy by car. I read here that it has been closed for a long time, so I didn’t visit in 2021.

A mozgássérülteknek is van kialakítva a parkolótól egy út, ami felvezet a kilátóhoz és még a kilátó első szintjére is akadálymentesen feljuthatnak :) Nice and quiet place, accessible by car. The disabled is also equipped with a car park that leads to the lookout and can be accessed even on the first level of the lookout :)

K	Karin Roth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na ja...da haben wir uns mehr erwartet!!! Zufahrt sehr schlecht beschildert!!! Die letzten paar Meter...ist der Aufstieg über steile... Rampe oder hohe Felsen...der Weg führt über Treppen ohne Halte Stange... für ältere Menschen... nicht ungefährlich!!! Well ... we expected more! Very badly signposted access !!! The last few meters ... is the ascent over a steep ... ramp or high cliff ... the path leads over stairs without holding bars ... for the elderly ... not harmless!

Ennél többet nem látsz belőle... Here is a good time, one is finally released, lookout closed. Congratulations to the municipality. Anyway, there’s nothing visible on it that should keep it closed. You can't see more than that ...
K	Kálmán Bíró on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szép télies napon ellátogattunk Fonyódra és körbe sétáltuk a környéket. Itt parkoltunk le, így utunkat innen indítottuk. Sajnos télen zárva a kilátó. A piros háromszög jelzésen könnyedén eljuthatunk a városba, a Sipos hegyi kilátóhoz, de az is zárva télen. A Walkó kilátó pontról és a panoráma sétánynál viszont szépen rálátni a Balatonra. On a nice winter's day we visited Fonyód and walked around the area. We parked here, so we started our journey from here. Unfortunately, the lookout is closed in winter. On the red triangle sign you can easily get to the city, the Sipos mountain lookout, but it is also closed in winter. From the Walkó lookout point and the panoramic promenade, you can have a nice view of Lake Balaton.
D	Da Hun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the Fonyódi Széplátó a few years back during spring and what a view!!! You can see almost all of Lake Balaton and the surrounding areas! If you are visiting this lookout make sure you like walking stairs and bring cash with you for entry fee. If you are in the area this is a must visit location so you can enjoy the lake view.
