★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla segítőkészség ennél a cégnél! Meghiúsult az utazásom 2020 ban a Covid miatt. A mai napig nem kaptam vissza a reptéri transzferre befizetett pénzemet. /Kb 68 ezer ft/ Mutogatnak mindenkire csak ne keljen fizetniük!!!!
Zero helpfulness at this company! My trip failed in 2020 because of Covid. To date, I have not received my money back for my airport transfer. / About 68 thousand ft / They just show everyone they don't have to pay !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid by all means! My BA flight was cancelled and I have asked for a simple rescheduling of the pick up. This company never tried to contact their local partner. Just gave me a number that never answered. Absolute shame. Rude and unprofessional. Avoid avoid avoid. This is clearly a company that has an issue with customer service considering the numerous complains. I have made a request for ShuttleDirect not to reference them no more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful transfer company . Arrived in Budapest airport at 2 am , driver was to be waiting with my name on a name card , there was no driver . I rang and whats ap the contact number on reservation but no reply . Had to organise my own taxi . Later that morning got message driver was waiting remote to airport and not as stated on reservation at the airport. No satisfaction from company re returning payment . Avoid at all costs
