★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A megrendelés leadása után kb. 30-40 perccel később át tudtam venni a rendelésem. Telefonon beszéltem velük, nagyon segítőkészek voltak és össze is készítették a csomagom. Az árak sokkal kedvezőbbek, mint máshol. + ajándék pólót is kaptam!! :) csak ajánlani tudom
After placing the order, approx. I was able to pick up my order 30-40 minutes later. I talked to them on the phone, they were very helpful and they put together my package. Prices are much cheaper than elsewhere. + I also received a gift t-shirt !! :) I can only recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sokszor vásároltunk az IGN Shopban teljes megelégedéssel. Szuper és kiváló minőségű termékek, olykor kedvező akciós árak, nagyon kedves, segítőkész kiszolgálás, gyors ügymenet! (Probléma esetén is udvarias, megoldást kereső munkatársak, pozitív kárpótlást is kaptunk - kedvezmény kupon formában. De csupán egyszer fordult elő!)
Újabb értékeléshez még hozzátennék néhány észrevételt:
Ami nem tetszik: az akciós árak! Nemigen tartom akciónak, ha a több ezer forintos terméknél 100 forinttal, 1-5 százalékkal mennek le az árak. Az pedig felháborító, hogy a termékek mellé olyan előző árakat írnak ki, melyeken eddig soha nem adták, alá pedig az eddigi árakat akciósként tüntetik fel! :-(
Miért jelennek meg azok a termékek a listában, melyek már elfogytak, nem kaphatók? Ráklikkelve derül ki, hogy nincs készleten! Ez nagyon kiábrándító és félrevezető! Minimum egy szűrő lehetőség kellene, a készleten lévő termékekhez. (ruhák esetében méret szerint is!)
Az oldalukon nem lehet újra értékelni az üzletet, módosítani, azt írj ki, hogy ön már értékelte. :-o
We bought many times at the IGN Shop with complete satisfaction. Super and high quality products, sometimes favorable special prices, very kind, helpful service, fast process! (Even in case of a problem, we received polite, solution-seeking staff, we also received positive compensation - in the form of a discount coupon. But it only happened once!)
I would like to add a few remarks for further evaluation:
What I don't like: the special prices! I don't consider it a special offer if the prices of a product worth thousands of forints go down by 100 forints, 1-5 percent. What is outrageous is that the products are priced with previous prices that have never been given before, and the prices so far are shown as promotions! :-(
Why do products that are out of stock appear in the list and are no longer available? Click to reveal that it is out of stock! This is very disappointing and misleading! You should have at least one filter option for the products in stock. (also for sizes for clothes!)
It is not possible to re-evaluate the business on their site, modify it, write that you have already evaluated it. :-She

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonon keresztül és személyesen is segítőkész, kedves kiszolgálásban volt részem. Kaptam időt és segítséget a nyugodt (táv)válogatáshoz. A termékek számomra meglepően szépek, minőségiek, látszik, hogy válogatottak. Nagyon elégedetten távoztam, még visszatérek! :)
I had a helpful and kind service over the phone and in person. I got time and help with calm (remote) sorting. The products are surprisingly beautiful to me, they are high quality, they seem to be assorted. I left very satisfied, I'll be back! :)
