Zero Help, Zero Kindness Zero, Expertise! I was looking for a window mount safety net. I inquired on the phone and the woman I talked to had no idea what I was looking for !!! I will never shop there !!

The delivery is terrible ... I have ordered from them very many times, but it has never happened that I should not have called them as a complaint. In almost all cases, the litter is torn out and all of the food boxes are broken. For your current order you just can't find the shipping company ..... it's a joke .... After that, I'll think twice about bidding on them ... probably not ....

I have no problem with the shops, I like them, but the webshop .... it's kind of hard to sort through it, because you can't filter the products properly. So if you’re looking for a dog bed, you’ll get sixteen hits, salivating them one by one to see exactly how big the bed is, what the cover is (outdoor, indoor), what other specifications it has (say an orthopedic or washable cover). Same with dog coats: brings up all sizes, not just what your dog has (puppies are preferred, but I have a vizsla, no consolation that if I had a pug, I would have forty-seven coats that I like) and lists all types of coats, raincoats, transitions , the thick winter .... That 's why I didn't try the webshop for a long time, even though I regularly shop in online stores. Even now, I only did it because I was looking for something special and I was afraid that I would go in for approx. One of the department stores 5 km away may not be. As I wrote, I regularly buy online, in relation to Hungary, the stuff in stock is often here the next day (I live in a city near Bp.), But max. two days. But even from abroad 2-3 days. In comparison, my order placed on Tuesday now arrived the following Monday, all handed over to foxpost on Friday (who, of course, parked it over the weekend, which would also be worth a Mass, but now I don’t appreciate them) and so I was notified on Monday afternoon that I could go for it. (yes, wrote 1-3 days for ordering)
