The seller told me all the key points before buying the machine and helped me find the right one for my personal experience. We asked for the bench to be shipped out because it was big enough, but the next day it was brought and even surprisingly the price included the product assembly (which was a great pleasure for me). I can only recommend it to those who really want a quality product at an affordable price.

In early 2022, I bought a more expensive treadmill from the company. Unfortunately, after 1 month, the machine started to take a random break during training. Unfortunately, this is a rather maceratic error. They responded immediately to report the error, called me on the phone and showed up the next day. I thought they would take the machine or it would be a big investigation, but instead they replaced the "head unit" one by one and said that so far they had encountered one, then the contact of the coiled push button was the goose. Already that day it turned out that this was not the cause of the error, which I immediately indicated. For two days, his colleague came to him again and thoroughly tested his machine. Thank God he threw in the error for approx. In 9 minutes. The machine was shipped and I got it back two days later, there was a problem with the motherboard contact that made the machine think I wasn't standing on it. By the way, they were very helpful during the purchase, I told me my needs and I got straight, correct answers about which product has its advantages / disadvantages and which ones they recommend and I have loved the machine very much ever since!
