Sokszor néztük már a honlapot, egyértelműen fel van tüntetve a nyitvatartás, H-P 09.00-19.00 között. Örültünk, hogy el tudunk menni munka után,..... Hát nem sikerült! Zárt ajtók, sehol senki! A központi ügyfélszolgálati számot sem veszi fel senki. A megadott egyik mobilszámon sikerült beszélnem valakivel, aki teljesen ki volt akadva, hogy mit gondolok, ők 16 órakor bezártak és majdhogynem lehülyézett, hogy miért nem nézem a honlapot, ott ki van írva a nyitvatartási idő! Valóban! 19 óráig! Amikor a beszélgetés közben felolvastam a honlapon szereplő nyitvatartást, sokáig tartó csend volt a válasz! Egyébként, ahová most írom az értékelést, ott is az van, hogy "nyitva" és szintén 09.00-19.00 minden hétköznap. Szóval én nagy reményekkel fordultam hozzájuk, de hatalmasat csalódtam! Nem tudom, ezek után mi hihető a honlapon szereplő információkból, illetve hogyan bizzak az ott dolgozó emberekben és vegyek egy több százezer forintos terméket! Really! Until 7 p.m. When I read the opening hours on the website during the conversation, the answer was a long silence! Anyway, where I’m writing the review right now, it’s also that it’s “open” and also from 9am to 7pm every weekday. So I turned to them with high hopes, but I was very disappointed! I don't know what to believe in the information on the website or how to trust the people working there and buy a product worth hundreds of thousands of forints!

Előrendelhető terméket tettem a kosárba, természetesen ennek pontosítása miatt a weboldalukon bögésztem illetve telefonon érdeklődtem és teljeskörű információt kaptam az ügyfélszolgálat munkatársától. Megrendelésem leadását követően kaptam tőlük egy megerősítő mailt (+ pont ezért),hogy a termék kb. mikor fog beérkezni,ez a helyzet teljesen érthető és elfogadható számomra. Türelemmel várom a terméket amit személyesen fogok átvenni a raktáruk címén. A tanácsadást és korrekt tájékoztatást nagyon köszönöm. RM. A gèpet előrendelèssel lehetet megvenni ,amiről hetekre rá derült ki,hogy azt jelenti nincs raktáron a gèp,hogy állítólag egy külföldi cèg gyártja ès várnom kell a gèp èrkezèsère! Nem sokkal a leadott rendelèsem után tudtam meg, hogy a gèp èrkezèsèt szeptember vége-október elejère ígèrtèk! Már ez is felháborító,ha tudtam volna előre meg sem rendelem! Ma kaptam az emailt,hogy megèrkezett a gèp ,de csak akkor tudom megvenni ha megújítom a bankkal a hitelszerződésem ès ha elfogadom azt,hogy bár hónapokat vártam a gèpre mèg drágábban is akarják adni! ? Mivel a bankkártyámon napi limit van amit meghaladott volna a gép ára, kértem egy előreutalásos számlát. Megjött, átutaltam, majd 2 perc múlva telefonáltam. Nagyon tetszett hogy nem kellett utánajárniuk, könyvelő, pénzügy, főnökség stb, egyből ráláttak a számlájukra hogy megjött a pénz, úgyhogy kocsiba pattantam és el is mentem érte. Mire odaértem már az ajtó mellé volt készítve a doboz molnárkocsin, rajta a számla, fogtam és vittem, lényegében 1 percig sem tartott a dolog, mondhatni ennyire simán és gördülékenyen se vásároltam még. A gép pedig eszméletlen jó, nem véletlenül a Concept 2 a világ legjobb evezőgépe. I wanted to buy a Concept 2 rowing machine. Nemrég elromlott a gép kijelzője, írtunk - válaszoltak , és a megbeszélt időpontra ki is jöttek és kicserélték a kijelzőt. We bought an elliptical trainer from Fittsport about 10 months ago, due to the COVID situation, it was predicted that the delivery deadline would be longer, but it was nevertheless brought out ahead of time. It's broken recently the display of the machine, we wrote - they answered and they came out at the agreed time and the display was replaced.
