I was looking for blond hair (almost white like a picture i showed him the picture) and cutting my hair, and my friend only wanted straight hair with some big curls (she naturaly has tight curles). There are pictures of the result. My hair is almost yellow, really really not what I wanted and my friend went out with Hagrid's hair in Harry Potter and I paid 100 euros for that!!!! That is certainly not normal. The very next day we had to go to another salon and they tried to save our hair and I paid again. I absolutely do not recommand this salon, he does 15 things at the same time (4 people at the same time!! How can he do something good in 1:30?) and it's not a salon bar as I thought, there is a bar downstairs and a salon upstairs but you can't drink something at the same time. He was kind but the result is not professional. I'm sorry I don't like to do that kind of comment but I think it's necessary for the everybody (the responsable of the salon and futur customers).

I got Balayage for my asian thick hair and got the color I wanted. Better than I expected. Great service, Viktoria was so attentive, friendly, and skilled! I highly recommend this place. I got my hair trimmed also and love it just as much.
