A Galassy-kriptában nyugszanak a szemközti egykori kastély (most Oxigén wellness) lakói, ahol a család tagjai ismeretlen okból egyszerre haltak meg, kicsik és öregek. A környékbelieket sokkolta az eset, az idősebbek azóta is keresztet vetnek, ha elmennek a kastély épülete előtt. A kriptát többször is kifosztották, az oroszok a világháború idején előrángatták a halottakat, akkoriban szerteszét dobált koporsókat, vagy akár emberi testrészeket is lehetett találni a kripta környékén. Hányatott sorsú épület, hátborzongató történettel, valaki kikutathatná és megírhatná dokuban, ponyvában vagy szépirodalomban - mindegy is, csak volna meg a teljes, megkutatott történet. Ha már megírták, dobj egy linket légyszi hozzászólásban. Köszi! It can only be accessed through private land. The crypt was looted several times, the Russians dragged the dead forward during World War II, coffins were thrown all over at the time, or even human body parts could be found around the crypt. A building with a vomiting fate, with a creepy story, someone could research and write in a doc, tarpaulin, or fiction — anyway, just have the full, researched story. Akik szeretik az elhagyatott urbex helyeket azoknak érdemes megnézni. There is a path opposite the road leading to Thummerer Cellar, where I cut through the woods and bypassed the hill, where I found the crypt. Those who love deserted urbex places are worth a look.

Ami tény, hogy a De La Motte kastélyt Steinhauser István vásárolta meg az Almássy örökösöktől 1869 - ben, és hozományul Berta nevű lányának adta. Steihauser Berta feleségül ment Gallasy Gyula tábornokhoz. A családi lakhely a falu külterületén ( valószínűleg még az Almássy család ) elkezdet építeni egy új rezidenciát. A kúria úrnője után a Berta - major nevet viselte.A kúriával szemben 1900 - ban épült meg a családi kripta késő eklektikus stílusban. 40 m széles 15 m magas, a bal oldalán a régi sírkamrák találhatóak. A kripta a Thummerer pincészet hátsó bejárata felől közelíthető meg, ez magánterület, de a tulajdonos nem szokta elzavarni a kíváncsi turistát. Sajnos a kripta nagyon elhanyagolt, a sírkamrák teljesen tönkretéve , szóval a látvány elkeserítő. Szerintem jobb sorsra érdemes, remélem egyszer valaki lát fantáziát legalább a környezet rendbetételére. Unfortunately, I was able to find out quite a bit about the Galassy family. The fact is that the castle of De La Motte was bought by István Steinhauser from the Almássy heirs in 1869 and given as a dowry to his daughter Berta. Berta Steihauser married General Gyula Gallasy. The family residence on the outskirts of the village (probably the Almássy family) is starting to build a new residence. After the mistress of the mansion, it was named Berta - major. In contrast to the mansion, the family crypt was built in the late eclectic style in 1900. 40 m wide by 15 m high, on the left are the old tombs. The crypt can be approached from the back entrance of the Thummerer Winery, it is a private area, but the owner is not used to disturbing the curious tourist. Unfortunately, the crypt is very neglected, with the tombs completely ruined, so the sight is frustrating. I think it’s worth a better fate, I hope one day someone sees a fantasy to at least tidy up the environment.
