D	DepecheAndi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos nem vagyok jó véleménnyel erről az Optikáról. Kuponnal mentem hozzájuk szemüveget csináltatni. Sikerült is kiválasztani egy szép, egyedi keretet. Mikor értesítettek, hogy mehetek a szemüvegért, észrevettem, hogy a lencséből ki van törve két kisebb darab. Mikor szóvá tettem, a fiatal hölgy arról kezdett beszélni, hogy ezzel a kerettel csak a gond van és hogy nagyon nehéz bele lencsét tenni. Már eleve azt nem értem, hogy ha valamiről előre tudják, hogy nem lehet szépen kivitelezni, miért vállalják el? Ezek után ígéretet kaptam rá, hogy egy másik ugyanilyen kerettel tesznek egy próbát. Sajnos az még rondább lett. Ezután azt a választ kaptam, hogy sajnálják, nem tudnak vele mit csinálni, ez ilyen. Majd kaptam egy 10%-os kupont, amit a következő vásárlásomnál levásárolhatok. Köszönöm szépen, de ezek után nem lesz következő vásárlásom ebben a boltban. Unfortunately, I'm not good at this Optics. I went to them with a coupon to make glasses. Unfortunately, it got even worse. Then I got the answer that they were sorry they couldn't do anything with it, that's it. Then I got a 10% coupon that I can buy at my next purchase. Thank you very much, but after that I won't have another purchase in this store.

Ja és ami nem mellékes, az akcióban nem voltak rejtett, bújtatott költségek, az olvasó szemüvegem annyi volt amennyinek hirdették (az akcióban résztvevő kerettel), és mindez két nap alatt. Szerintem máskor is megkeresem az üzletet. YEEEEEEEEE! One of their actions (out of many) drew my attention to them. I do not regret. Oh and what’s not incidental, there were no hidden, hidden costs in the action, my reading glasses were as much as they advertised (with the frame involved in the action), and all in two days. A vizsgálatot végző orvos a legmagasabb szinten képzett, és szintén nagyon kedves. Csak ámultam a nekem adott válaszok részletességén amiket ráadásul csipőből kaptam. (más helyen csak őőő-znek, és bizonytalanok, itt vérprofizmus van!) Legit profi hely. 5-ből 6 csillag. The frames are well priced and there is enough choice. The staff is very kind and helpful. The eye examination was performed with the most professional, state-of-the-art machines. The doctor performing the examination is trained at the highest level and is also very kind. I went to other shops before and none of them helped me, they told me that they should send the glasses to the factory and blablabla but this one took my glasses and repaired them in less than 5 minutes! I'm so grateful! They are so kind!
