Egyik esetben sem értesítettek hónapokig ígéretük ellenére, nekem kellett bemennem érdeklődni, segíteni végül nem tudtak (akartak?), elnézést nem kértek. Az optikus lány nagyon kedves és hozzáértő, illetve az összes ott dolgozó kolléga nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A szemüvegem szupergyorsan elkészült, biztosan visszajáró ügyfél leszek. Hátulról adta a hölgy az utasítást a ,,tapasztalatlan'' kolleganőnek, idézem: ,,ezt nem lehet megcsinálni, vigye el máshová'' persze mindezt semmi magyarázat nélkül. Egyáltalán nem ajánlom. Megkerdeztem mikorra varhato, amire az volt a valasz, hogy "Minel elobb". Ket het telt el, ma felhivtam oket, hogy mi a helyzet a tokkal. Kozoltek "Ha a mi rendelesunk kavarog a kozpontban, akkor nem tudunk mit tenni", majd rakerdeztem megis mikorra varhato a tok, mire a flegma no "Haat fogalmam sincs....Jaaa lehet,hogy 6 het". Feltennem a kerdest, Ez szolgaltatas? Tizezreket elkerni egy szemuvegert, de amikor gond van flegmazni es ilyen silany ugyintezest biztositani... Szemuveg allasanak korrekcioja miatt voltam ott, mivel ugy vettem eszre, hogy naluk tortent lencsecsere ( 35 ezer ft os lencseert elvarna az ember h ne maszatosan kapja meg amugy..) kozben/utan sikerult eldeformalni a keretet/keretszarat. Az ott dolgozo hölgy azt allitotta h ferde a szemoldokom azert all ugy rajtam ( igy elmentem kozmetikushoz megcsinaltatni a szemoldokom habar tokeletes volt xd), de tovabbra is ferden allt rajtam a szemuveg es zavarta a terlatasom. Masik uzletben ,az Alleeban, 20 perc idoraforditassal dijmentesen beallitottak tobbszori korrekcioval. :) Stylish style, brings no strength / will to service. I was there due to the correction of the eye, as I realized that the frame / frame stem was deformed during / after replacing the lens (35 thousand ft.
