★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.11.15.-én telefonon történt beszélgetésünk után megírtam az emailt, amit kértek tőlem, hogy 2-3 héten belül kijönnek, és megnézik az üzemen kívüli radiátoromon a hőmennyiség mérőt, ugyanis rendszeresen mér, és a radiátorok nem üzemelnek! Szerintem a 2-3 hét már letelt.....majd 2,5 hónap várakozás után újra írtam nekik, amikor válaszként ennyit kaptam " legyek türelmes"! Úgy gondolom november 15.-óta, elég türelmes voltam! Lassan 4 hónapja várom a szerelőt! Ennyi idő alatt már sétálva másik országból ide ért volna! Senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a céget! Unkorrektek, hitegetnek, nem megbízhatóak! Szolgáltatóként ezt nem tehetik meg az emberekkel! Mivel azóta sem történt semmilyen megkeresésük, így tovább megyek, nem várok rájuk! A fogyasztóvédelemnél is megteszem a kellő lépéseket!
After our phone conversation on November 15, 2021, I wrote an email asking them to come out within 2-3 weeks and check the heat meter on my out-of-range radiator, as it measures regularly and the radiators are down! I think 2-3 weeks have passed ..... then after 2.5 months of waiting I wrote to them again when I got so much in response "be patient"! I think I’ve been pretty patient since November 15th! I've been waiting for the mechanic for 4 months! Having walked from another country in all this time, you would have come here! I do not recommend this company to anyone! They are correct, they believe, they are not reliable! As a service provider, they can’t do this to people! Since they haven't had any inquiries since, so I'll keep going, I'm not waiting for them! I will also take the necessary steps in the field of consumer protection!
