Csütörtökön értesítenek, hogy pénteken szállítanak 8-17 között. Reggel kétszer (8.45, 10.00) is hívom őket, hogy kicsit lehet-e az időintervallumot szűkíteni. Nem tudnak válaszolni, visszahívást ígérnek. Egész nap NEM hív vissza senki. 16.50-kor újra hívom őket, hogy ugyan hol van az autó. Erre közlik, hogy reggel 8.45-kor már levették a kocsiról a terméket, mondván nem fér bele a mai napba! A hosszú hétvégén akartuk a rendelt házat összerakni, a munkások ide vannak rendelve, termék sehol! Még arra sem voltak képesek, hogy értesítsenek! NULLA!!!! Unreliable, frivolous company! I also call them twice in the morning (8.45, 10.00) to see if the time interval can be narrowed down a bit. They can't answer, they promise a call back. Nobody calls me back all day. At 16.50, I call them again to see where the car is. It is reported that at 8.45 in the morning the product has already been removed from the car, saying it does not fit into today! For the long weekend we wanted to put together the house we ordered, the workers are ordered here, product nowhere! They weren’t even able to notify! ZERO!!!!

K	Katalin Majorossy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ December közepéig rendelessel, december 30.ra lett megrendelve a kézbesítés, de 28-30 között valahol Dunaharasztin dekkolt a termek, azután Dec. 30 és január 4 között veszett el Dunaharaszti és Győr között, azóta sem kapok információt, hol a termék, mikor kapom meg, pedig minden fizetve, a kiszallitas is! A cég több napig nem volt elérhető, a mai nap végre sikerült elernem őket, visszahívást ígértek, amire azóta is hiába várok! Megbízhatatlan cég! Soha többé nem rendelek semmit, aminek a kiszallitasában ez a cég vesz részt! Az általam rendelt IKEA áru ki volt fizetve, érte mentem, de közlésük szerint nem érkezett meg a másik csomag. Az ügyintézőt én hívtam, akinek fogalma nem volt a dolgokról. Majd arról tájékoztatott az IKEA munkatárs hogy ott volt a raktárban és sajnos visszaküldte a Gebüder az IKEA-nak! Hát no comment!!!!!?????
