Accomodation (staff house) is VERY bad. Warmer than outside. No air conditioner. Small for 3 person. 4. Very confusing rules. Such as you must complete 40 hours for deposit. But ONLY by overtime (4 hours a day x 10days = 40 hours). But there is catch: for example If something happen and production stops for 1 day.. boom minus 8 hours — now you have to work overtime 2 more days to refill your work hours. Once you finish your 40hours your next overtime will be paid on your salary
