Mondták, vigyem vissza becsomagolt állapotban és átveszik. Szereztem megfelelő méretű papír dobozt, becsomagoltam, így sem vették át, kijelentették nem tudják elküldeni. Semmit nem bíznék rájuk! Értesítést nem küldték, hogy megérkezett a csomag a depóba, pedig e-mailben szerepelt, hogy fognak jelezni. They are rude, disparaging, I do not recommend them as a collection point, because many times there is no one there. No notice was sent that the package had arrived at the depot, although it was stated in an email that they would be notified.

Csak nem tudom ehez a főnökei mit szolnak ha meg teszem a panaszt. És direkt vissza hívtam hozza el és nem volt hajlandó vissza fordulni. Вы только подумайте: "Курьер не смог доставить посылку, потому что не мог дозвониться" Зачем ему звонить? Почему он не может просто подойди/зайти ко мне, я живу в гостиннице, на ресепшн 24/7 есть люди, готовые принять посылку(они знали что будет посылка ибо я об этом сказал), но нет! Курьер просто ушел, ужасный сервис! Never use this service! I ask you, please think carefully before this! Just think: "The courier could not deliver the parcel because he could not get through." Why would he call? Why can't he just come / come to me, I live in a hotel, there are people at the 24/7 reception who are ready to accept the parcel (they knew that there would be a parcel because I said so), but no! The courier just left, terrible service!

V	Viktória Palmai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos az sehol nincs fel tüntetve hogy ezen a CsomagPonton 14:00 óra után lehet felvenni a csomagokat! Szerencsém volt és pont vissza jött a futár és cuki volt így még kaptam!!! Unfortunately, it is not indicated anywhere that packages can be picked up at this Package Point after 14:00! I was lucky and the courier came back and it was cute so I got it !!!
h	harry flash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is supposed to be a parcel point for GLS but you will be better off going there after 2pm because before that all the drivers are out on their deliveries and there is only a fat old guy in the office who can't be bothered to get up and answer the door bell. I KNOW he sits in that office and ignores the bell. Useless!
