K	Kiss Barnabás on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem küldtek semmi értesítést, hogy mikor érkezik a csomagom. A futár egyszercsak felhív hogy ott van a címen, a csomagot nyilván nem tudtam átvenni. A futár azt írta a rendszerbe, hogy megtagadtam a csomag átvételét, és visszaküldik a csomagomat a feladónak. Felhívtam az ügyfélszolgálatot, hogy megkérdezzem, hogy ilyenkor mi a teendő de bizton állította, hogy ha egyszer megtagadva van a rendszerben, már nem tudja megváltoztatni. 5 percnyi magyarázás és a szerződési feltételek pontos idézése után meg lehetett változtatni. Szégyen hogy egy fuvarozó cég így működhet 2021-ben. They did not send me any notification when my package would arrive. The courier suddenly calls me to be there at the address, obviously I couldn’t pick up the package. The courier wrote to the system that I refused to accept the package and my package will be returned to the sender. I called customer service to ask what to do in such cases but he was sure that once it was denied in the system, he could no longer change it. After 5 minutes of explanation and exact citation of the terms of the contract, it could be changed. It is a shame that a carrier company can operate this way in 2021.
J	Jánosné Kövér on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szeretném megkérdezni,hogy miért nincs a GLS-nek egy pécsi telefonszáma ahol esetleg lehetne érdeklődni,hogy miért nem hozta ki a csomagot a futár? Pontosabban kihozta a telefonon megbeszélt napon de állítólag megállt a ház előtt de nem csengetett a be, hanem továbbment ! Lehet esetleg tudni,hogy miért nem jelezte csengetéssel,hogy itt van? Egész nap vártuk mert szükségünk lett volna a csomagra. Ma 20-n délután visszahozta és miután rákérdeztem miért nem csengetett be közölte,hogy nem jó helyre raktuk a kaputelefont és szemtelenül még azt is hazudta,hogy nem volt megadva a megrendelő (Kövér Gábor) telefonszáma! Akkor vajon milyen számra telefonált,hogy majd érkezik??? Felháborító ez a hozzáállása a futárnak! Ilyennel még nem találkoztam igaz azok nem GLS voltak ! I would like to ask why GLS does not have a telephone number in Pécs where you might be interested in why the courier did not pick up the package. T	Tünde Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felháborító amit művelnek! Megadnak egy időpontot (tól- ig), hogy mikor jön a futár és 1 órával elöbb ott van a címen, persze hogy nem talál ott senkit. Utána kiküldik a levelet, hogy megpróbálják 2 nap múlva, megadnak egy dátumot időponttal erre másnap megint kiküldik, persze hogy nem találnak senkit a címen. Ezután visszaküldik a feladónak úgy, hogy a levélben nekem meg van adva, hogy 2 nap múlva hozzák. A csomagok állapota szőrnyű!!! Előfordulnak balesetek, de amikor 5ből 5 alkalomból lehet látni, hogy a csomagot a sarkára dobták vagy rádobtak valamit az szerintem nem véletlen. Tartsanak oktatást a dolgozóknak, hogy hogyan kell megfogni- felemeni- lerakni egy dobozt ha ez ennyire nehéz folyamat. Outrageous what they do! They give a time (from) when the courier arrives and is there at the address 1 hour before, of course he can't find anyone there. They will then send the letter to try in 2 days, give a date to do so the next day, of course they will not find anyone at the address. It will then be returned to the sender with the letter given to me to bring it in 2 days. The condition of the packages is terrible !!! Accidents do happen, but when you can see on 5 out of 5 occasions that the package has been thrown around the corner or something has been thrown at me, I don’t think it’s a coincidence. Provide training to workers on how to grab, lift, and drop a box if this is such a difficult process.

v	vivi i on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really bad. The deliver called me like 5 seconds and I called it back in 1 minute. He wouldn't send it again...He told me the address is wrong and will send tomorrow. but how come?! I received several letters from this address and I could find it easily on Google map. What a bad Excuse...Then I called the company right away but got the same answer....speechless...it happens once in other deliver company , they call their deliver and tell me will send it later...and I got it...totally different service..
M	Merlin :3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so disappointed. My friend recommended me this delivery service, but it is awful. It feels like I am the delivery, not them. They call you when they decide it to do, even if it was discussed in advance. Obviously, it's impossible to get a package on the first date, announced in the first email. The information, given in the email and via phone (the office was contacted directly) differs. The further emails contain different data as well. Hoping to receive my parcel in the nearest future :c
