★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In December 2019, I gave this agency 300k ft to secure an apartment in Ujpalota.
We agreed to bringing the remaining money on the 31st of January 2020. We finally received the loan from the bank and called Gold house on the 30th of January 2020 but they told us that the apartment was already sold to a different buyer that paid more. We did not receive our deposit back. The agent also refused to pick our calls or respond to text messages. We called the manager and laid our complaints but nothing was done until date. I do not recommend this agency to anyone. They are always after the money!
Please avoid them and save yourself the stress i passed through.
If possible I give them -100 feedback.
