If you would provide the timetable before buying the service, I would not use your services. The map you provide on the e-ticket is out of date and inconsistent with the names of the parking lots at the airport. I can also share my location and show that I was at the meeting place marked on the map. A different couple was waiting with us. They got information from you by phone that we can wait for another transfer, which is an hour later. It is not serious when the city center is only 20 minutes by car on a Sunday morning.
