★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vibes here are just excellent. The new Gólya is just so much more unique and exciting than the old one.
If you like ruin bars and you're tired of Szimpla and other super-overpriced and overpopulated places, check this one out!
The location is out of the way of course, but that's basically the price you pay for it not being so crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and kind staff, this place is like an always-welcoming open-minded community. For warmer nights or even for sunbathing I recommend the spacious terrace on the roof. * The most dog-friendly place around, where you can meet new doggo friends:)
I am a bit missing their veg kitchen but their veggie sandwiches are also great options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expansive and authentic 'ruin bar' set over several floors, with live music most nights. Wide range of draft beer and other drinks at good prices, plus toasted sandwiches. Definitely a locals place, so speaking a little Hungarian certainly helps, but the atmosphere is very relaxed. Gets busy later on, especially up on the roof terrace.
