★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little run down event location. But with lots of effort, events can still be great. Working with their management and on-site team was OK, but missing some communication and did not follow all agreements.
Security not very friendly and supportive.

Easy access, friendly staff, information booth, things to drink and eat, clean.
And the arena is perfect for a small to medium concert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concert I went to Sportarena for was very well organized and the whole venue is large and easy to navigate with ample places to get food/drinks, as well as ? restrooms.
Concert security was too strict though and definitely killed the vibe, but could be only on this particular day!

The only down part was the fact that the people at the gate didn't speak English at all and they refused to let us in with our backpack that was empty, beside the esentials a girl needs, that kinda sucked.

The line for entry was a bit long, be sure to arraive in time.
It was neat, adequate selection of food and drinks.
The bufet was expensive, and even though there was a wait-in-line for your turn based service, a whopping 20% service fee was included in every item.
The place uses reCup, so if you have cup tokens, take them with you, otherwise ~300HUF is charged per cup. Which you can return and revieve a token.
Also you’re not allowed to take any plastic bottles/liquid containers into the facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, I went to 2 cellos show, check-in started at 7pm, the actual show started at 8:30 pm.
When purchased a drink for 4500 Hf, I had to add 4500 for a plastic cup which I didn't even want. Several drinks, several times...
Show and acustic were very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can buy popcorn and drinks from inner counters and bring it to the your seat. There are different entrances by different sections. The inside is not terribly huge but fine.
We came here for one republic concert and it was a blast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended the Dream Theater concert. The arena was filled to about 85%, which is more than 10,000 people. Very good air conditioning and ventilation system. Modern. Loyal security. Everything is at a high level. Hope I get there again.
