★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eleinte nem okozott gondot, hogy többet kell várni egy rendelésre, azonban 2,5 óra már nem tolerálható azt hiszem. Főleg, hogy az étel kihűlten, vállalhatatlan, nem túl gusztusos állapotban érkezett. A helyükben jobban megválogatnám a futárokat, mert szóra sem méltatják az embert. Udvariatlanok.. köszönni sem tudnak....
At first, it wasn’t a problem to have to wait any longer for an order, however 2.5 hours is no longer tolerable I think. Especially that the food arrived in a chilled, unbearable, not very tasty state. I would rather choose couriers in their place because they don’t even mention a person. They are rude ... they can't even say hello ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Próbáltuk megkeresni az éttermet a Szinvaparkban ahol írják és elvezet a google maps...van ott egy kínai de annak más a neve...ez lenne az? senki nem tudott a Szinvaparkban eligazítani, mert sosem hallottak a helyről.
Se telefonszám, se pontos cím nincs.
We tried to find the restaurant in the Sinapark where they write and take me to google maps ... there's a Chinese there but its different name ... would that be it? no one in the Sinapark could be instructed because they had never heard of the place.
There is no phone number or exact address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Képtelenek a rendelést maradéktalanul teljesíteni. Először kihozták a rendelés felét azaz 1 tálat, majd aztán a másik tálat 2 óra elteltével amiből hiányzott az extra feltét.
Másoknál alap, hogy ilyenkor egy üditőt vagy édességet "kárpótlásként" és ügyfél megtartás miatt mellé raknak, de itt még egy felhívom az ügyfelet és elnézést kérek tőle sem történt meg. Nem tartom valószínűnek, hogy sokáig maradnak nyitva.
They are unable to fulfill the order in full. First they brought out half of the order i.e. 1 bowl and then the other bowl after 2 hours which was missing the extra topping.
For others, it is basic that a soft drink or candy is added to it as "compensation" and customer retention, but here I even call the customer and apologize. I don’t think they’re likely to stay open for long.

Valóban kicsit sokat kellett várni, ahogy mások is írták, de nem volt vészes - igaz én már reggel leadtam a rendelésem megadott időpontra, ahhoz képest egy kb negyed óra csúszás volt csak.
I ordered from here for the first time today, I had never met them before. The bowl was divinely delicious, it came in very well for me, it wasn't chilled, it didn't collapse ❤
It really did take a bit of time to wait, as others wrote, but it wasn’t dangerous - though I had already placed my order by the scheduled time in the morning, compared to that it was just about a quarter of an hour off.
