the mechanic called me that he was wrong but then he would send another mechanic. he didn't call the phone. he didn't pick it up. .1 days tailed to the cold is always bad. This nonsense company needs to be liquidated.

The refrigerator had an electronics problem (the defrost function didn't work), but they made a gas charge for 17,000 forints. This did not resolve the issue. I signaled this, promised a callback that didn't happen. After the second call, they promised to call back, and it didn't happen. Then the phone was not picked up anymore, no more trying. They did not respond to any problem signaling or callback request on their website - I am afraid they did not want to deal with an above average problem (that is, not a standard gas charge). So much for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee ... :( It is worth visiting a regular refrigerator service unless you need to refuel!

I made an appointment with the mechanic by phone the next day. I called in the morning, we arranged for it to arrive around 5pm. I called him at 6:30 p.m., he printed it out. Then within 1.5 hours he called out my call 2x. Of course, he didn't show up after all that. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone if you don’t want to throw your own time out the window and wait for the leftover food to ruin in the fridge as well.

To avoid the problem later ,,, seek useless. !!! I don't recommend these to anyone, there are many mechanics who are honest, humane. I guess what they do after assembly if there is a problem, should go back to the address.??? Could you wait back ... By the way, respected CEO! I want you to pay me my wages for that day !!!!
