★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I came here for the NEK document, there was an English speaker, and everything went smoothly. However, when I needed a tax number, they didn't know English at all, which was frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It can get a little tricky with language, as is mostly just local, though in general, staff is quiet polite, relaxed and helpful. Not all of course; some, like in many other public places around, may still get a wee bit anoyed when you don't speak Hungarian, but in a general way, it's usually pretty okay and respectful.
Other than that, it could yeh be a bit more organized, regarding where people should stand in queue and so, but nothing major.
