A	Alexander Bordás Semmelweis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees were very friendly and weren't in a hurry. It was just a pity that they didn't exactly knew which documents I had to bring with me for my case, anyway everything worked out fine.
A	Adlet Aliyeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time to apply for national Id and address card... the first time I came it was 30 mins before closure they advised to come next time earlier as it is a long process to apply... another time I came 1 hour before closure and it was empty, they helped me fast and I got my address card immediately and overall it took 30 mins the whole process... 3 days past and I received notification that My id is ready. They have some knowledge of English but if you have some paper in Hungarian describing what you need that would be a great help :)! Or maybe I was lucky with the service this time! But for sure come at least 1.5 hour before the closure... however at the door it is written 30 mins before you can take ticket but does not apply in real.

The person treating my case (Covid card to get as I wasnt born here) handled it perfectly, even highlighted numerous issues with my data, made the right call in order for me to get it solved. I have to go back soon and I'm not anxious at all. Perfect job, keep up good work.
D	Dániel Tordai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come only if you have the whole day to wait. They give numbers out based on the different tasks. But then they would prioritize one task over the other. So you can end up waiting for very very long even if there is technically no one in front of you in the line.

He’s such a kind heart to understand people like me who can only speak a little Hungarian which he can easily suggest any documents that need to be change. You can only find few staffs that willing to help you patiently & in kind manners in a nice gesture here. Well done Mr. Thomas I salute you, thank you .
