Az értékesítő kollégák nagyon barátságosan, és megfelelő szakértelemmel tájékoztattak minket. Kellemesen tapasztaltuk, hogy ezen idő alatt gyermekeink is jól szórakoztak ( a játszósarokban színeztek). Én és a férjem rengeteg hasznos információt kaptunk az értékesítőktől a leendő árnyékolóinkról. A bemutatóterem tiszta volt, az értékesítők kedvesek és tapasztaltak voltak, folyamatosan azon munkálkodtak, hogy a problémánkra árnyékolástechnikailag megoldást nyújtsanak. Gratulálok a Gredex Kft-nek nagyon jó érzés ilyet tapasztalni kis hazánkban. Hónapokkal később kezdték és a redőny miatt kivágták a szigetelést a redőny körül. Beszerelés napján úgy távoztak, hogy a redőny motor nem ment. Nem tudták, hogy kell üzembe helyezni! Somfy motorról volt szó, nem valami ismeretlenről... Rengeteg idő, harc hogy az eredeti állapotot visszaállítsák szigetelés miatt és működjön a redőny. Eredeti állapotot persze soha nem sikerült nekik. Senkinek nem ajánlom őket. Incorrect and completely amateur company. You shouldn't work with them. Roller shutter was installed for me. Abszolút rugalmasan és segítő készen álltak minden kérésünkhöz. A beszerelés időben és pontosan történt meg. A garanciális javítást 5 napon belül megcsinálták. Semmi kiszállási díjat nem kértek mint lent olvastuk. A budaörsi bemutató szalonban teljesen korrekt és kedves volt a megrendelés felvétel, és minden további probléma kezelése. Egyik plisze szunyoghalot forditva szereltek fel, rossz iranyba nyilt. Ezt eszrevettuk es akkor javitottak is. Persze az ajtokereten a lyukakat visszacsinalni mar nem lehet. Masik ilyen szunyoghalot viszont nem sikerult jol felrakni. Nem zar rendesen felul, bejonnek a rovarok. Igy nem sokat er. Kozben kideritettem, hogy hianyzik egy apro alkatresz, amiatt mukodik rosszul. Kertem, hogy javitsak a hibas termeket, eddig nem kaptam valaszt. A tobbi komment alapjan lehet nem is fogok, meglatjuk. Vegul telefonon megkerestem oket, kijon majd egy muszakis es megoldja a problemat... 3 het alatt sikerult is javitani, kicsit lassan, de vegul is sikerult, es termeszetesen ingyen. Koszonom! Nekem kell a garancialis csere miatt hivogatnom a gyartot (Berg Ablak), hogy tortenjen valami. Kommunikacios hiba miatt 5 cm-rel kisebb erkelyajtot illetve 2,5cm-rel kisebb ablakot gyartottak le es a Gredex emberei siman beraktak 7cm purhabbal. Decemberben jeleztem a cseret es most aprilis van, de a csere ajto illetve ablak meg mindig nincs gyartasban. 4cm-rel raktak beljebb a rajzhoz kepest az osszes kulso nyilasszarot. Elore felek a redonybeszerelestol. Kis extra, hogy siman beraktak a wc ablakot ugy hogy 2 helyen van kifurva az ablakszarny. Nem szoltak rola egy szot sem. A felmérés során az egyik munkatársuk elmondta h lesznek "hibapontok", mert egyenletlen a fal, de szivaccsal majd alábélelik és tökéletes eredmény érhető el. Július végén többszöri hívogatás után kijöttek felszerelni ( 2 hét helyett 4 hét múlva), de a 2 munkatársuk nem tudta h egyenletlen lesz a fal, elmondásuk szerint nem így készültek, "nem volt náluk megfelelő segédeszköz", megígérték aznap délután visszajönnek és megcsinálják. Nem jöttek, nem hívtak, félbemaradt a munka... Kb. 15-20 beszélgetés után a diszpécser elismerte, hogy mi történt, majd újabb 1 hónap után tudott más munkatársakat küldeni a munka befejezésére. Közben az egyik szúnyogháló kiesett a sínből (gyári hibás volt), ezt tudták orvosolni, de a réseket eltűntetni továbbra sem. Javasolták vegyek sziloplasztot ha szeretnék, de ez a Gredex-es szúnyogháló "ennyit tud"! Szúnyogháló terén nem javaslom senkinek.
