A tulajdonos , egy rossz értékelés miatt hívogatott számlát nem adtak jeleztem nekik érkezéskor, hogy szükségem van rá. Azt hazudták az elöző értékelésnél, hogy nem is voltam a vendégük. Sajnos nem tudom csattolni a képernyő fotókat. Az, hogy utazásait során mindent értékelés a tapasztalatom alapján az is bántja őket. Nem tudom nyugodt szívvel ajánlani.

Ein Schmuckstück von einer Pension mit moderner Ausstattung. Großes Plus für Eltern: der schöne Spielplatz im Garten. Die Eigentümer sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück ist üppig, frisch, lecker, ungarisch. Das Zimmer und das Duschbad haben eine angenehme Größe. Einziges kleines Manko: die Hellhörigkeit im Bad. Man bekommt mit, wenn der obere Nachbar duscht oder das Örtchen benutzt. Abgesehen davon war alles prima, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren froh über die Parkmöglichkeit im Hof.

Ár-érték arányban kiváló, a saját parkolóval, kiváló reggelivel, közel a városközponthoz.

Végre egy szoba ahol van tv, de adás is és még hűtő is van. Ráadás: kellemes fogadtatásban volt részünk és még a szobafoglalás is rugalmas volt. Ha legközelebb Budaörsre jövünk itt szállunk meg.

Ezúttal is kellemes volt az ott töltött idő. Az ágy kényelmes és a fogadtatás kitűnő. Varga úr és a felesége is kiváló házigazda, a kutyusuk pedig imádnivaló.

We contacted the property owner by chat around 20:00 p.m. and asked if we can book a room for tonight until tomorrow because we have been on the road all day long, the traffic has been and still is horrible and we are tired and we have two small children with us. The reply was that they have a room for tonight and we can book it by just answering the chat. We said yes, please book it, and in 15 minutes we arrived at the door. Big suprise: my husband rings the bell and it takes a while until the owner opens the door. My husband tells him that we just booked on chat a room and we just talked to him. And the owner said: "we have no rooms available, my wife made a mistake, she thought the reservation was for tomorrow". And I emphasise that in their answer, they specifically mentioned the word: tonight. It's not like we were caught in a situation of language barrier. I have nothing more to say. Honestly I don't think you deserve more than a big: Thank you for your kindness, and for showing us how not to behave, dear Sir and Madame.
